Find your still place
Change your relationship with alcohol, on your own terms
You're not in crisis. You're not sure you even have a problem. But something feels off - and that quiet feeling keeps coming back.

Maybe it's the 3am wake up. The mental calculation before you pour another glass. The Sunday morning low that's getting harder to shake.

You've been wondering whether to say something out loud. This is that place.
I'm Rose. And I know that feeling. For a long time I asked myself the same quiet question - and I wasn't sure I was allowed to take it seriously, because I didn't fit the picture of someone with a problem. Two years ago, something shifted. I found my own turning point - and it changed everything. Not just my relationship with alcohol, but how I feel in my body, how I sleep, how I show up in my own life. I trained as a Positive Psychology Coach because I wanted to help other women find that same turning point. On their own terms. In their own time. Without labels, without judgement, and without anyone telling them what the answer has to look like. If you've found this page, I don't think it's by accident.
When you're ready to explore what change could look like, I'd love to walk alongside you.

I work with women one to one, online, over 90 days. Together we'll look honestly at your relationship with alcohol - where it's come from, what it's been doing for you, and what you want instead.

No predetermined destination. No pressure. Just you, finding your own way forward.
